You are buying an original vintage flat advertising lighter. This features rare Hope Cigarettes graphics, it’s marked Penguin Superlative Automatic Japan No. 18250. It’s overall very good to excellent condition, just needs a flint for spark. I searched everywhere and could not find another with this brand and color scheme advertising, I did find a smaller size Hope example that actually sold for $255 in 2018, this is a rare lighter, don’t sleep on it.
