Vintage Colibri `Kick-Start` Lighter, Mother of Pearl - Sold on eBay Jan, 18th 2020 for $25.00
Straight from a house clearance:
An old Colibri lighter.  I have no knowledge of this sort of thing,  but the interwebby seems to say that this style is known as a `Kick Start` lighter.
It does not work,  there is no spark,  so possibly needs a service and/or parts.  The kickstart and it`s spring move ok though.
Very small nick to the mother of pearl just under the ball-end of the kickstart lever.  All needs a clean.
