Rare piece. Lighter is not in working order as of now and am selling as is, as a collectable. Case is in overall good, gently used condition, with no dents, dings or noticeable damage. Snaps tightly when closing. Hallmarked plate has come loose and could easily be reglued if so desired, or used as a Plaque for displaying. Rare made in England, most seem to be made in france.
